Jennifer entered the PhD program in the fall of 2004. She completed her undergraduate degree at Wittenberg University, and she also holds an MBA in marketing from The Ohio State University. As an MBA student at Ohio State, Jennifer was honored as a recipient of the W. Arthur Cullman Fellowship and was recognized as the Outstanding MBA Student in Marketing Management by the faculty of the marketing department. Her industry experience includes two years as a Marketing Associate with Salomon Smith Barney. Jennifer is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Marketing Strategy, and her research interests include the areas of services marketing, customer relationship management, and entrepreneurship.
