Jeffrey D. Rice- Executive Director of the Office of Career Management
Oversees the Office of Career Management operations, staffing, and corporate account management initiatives; provides employer and MBA student consultation; Past President of the MBA Career Services Council.
Graduate Services
Jamie Mathews-Mead - Senior Director of Graduate Career Management
Directs graduate career management team initiatives as they relate to planning, programming and career coaching for Fisher College of Business graduate students. Provides career coaching and job search consultation for graduate students with an emphasis on MBA - Operations and Logistics Management. Develops and cultivates existing and new corporate relationships. Certified Career Coach.
Kara Albert– Director of Career Management and Corporate Relations
Develops and cultivates existing and new relationships with companies interested in hiring graduate students. Provides career consultation to MBA students with an emphasis in Finance. Plans and directs career development programming in collaboration with student organizations and companies.
Jennifer Heckscher- Director of Career Management and Corporate Relations
Develops and cultivates existing and new relationships with companies interested in hiring graduate students. Provides career consultation to graduate students with an emphasis on Marketing and Human Resources. Plans and directs career development programming in collaboration with student organizations and companies.
Stephen Singer - Director of Career Management and Corporate Relations
Provides individual career consultation to MAcc, MLHR and MBLE students with an emphasis on accounting, human resources, and logistics engineering related careers; collaborates with the graduate Office of Career Management team to generate career and internship opportunities.
Dan Mayner- Assistant Director of International Graduate Career Management
Provides career consultation to international MBA students; develops targeted programming focused on career development needs of international students; engages in corporate outreach/educational initiatives surrounding international employment; facilitates guest speaking engagements and supports intra-and inter-office career development efforts.
Undergraduate Services
Margie Bogenschutz - Senior Director, Undergraduate Career Management and Recruitment
Provides primary leadership for internship and career services provided to undergraduate students and manages the staff who directly provide consultation services to undergraduate students in Fisher. She also manages the staff who directly provide services to employers recruiting at Fisher. Margie is responsible for developing a strategic plan for undergraduate career services and recruiting operations and serves as the liaison to Undergraduate Program Committee. Margie has an undergraduate degree in psychology from Ohio Dominican and Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in higher education/student affairs from The Ohio State University. Margie has worked in Fisher’s Office of Career Management for 20 years.
Pam Park-Curry- Director of Undergraduate Career Consultation and Programs
Provides employer and undergraduate student consultation on full-time employment; liaison to undergraduate programs; assists in the coordination of Career Day; teaches BA 501; works with student organizations to promote career development.
Sarah Hill- Assistant Director of Undergraduate Career Services and Education
Works directly with undergraduate students who are seeking internships and full-time employment. Sarah does individual consulting, conducts mock interviews, and coordinates several courses, including BA501 – Job Search Preparation and Transition to the World of Work, and two internship courses, BA489 and BA689.
Employer and Customer Support Services
Mark Wilson - Director of Recruiter Relations and Technology
Manages on-campus recruiting operations, employer services, recruiting management software, and on-going analysis of recruiting services and employer satisfaction with services.
Megan McHugh - Recruiting Coordinator
Works directly with companies in their recruiting efforts with Fisher; provides assistance with their on-campus interview schedules and company presentations to students; assists students in the process of their job search and on-campus interviews.
Darese Douglas - Database Manager
Employer contact for FisherConnect (processes newly registering employers, assists with job postings and resume download); contact for Alumni to register with FisherConnect; maintain student career and internship placements and salary information; trouble-shoots and assist candidates and employers with FisherConnect.
Carol Smith - Office of Career Management Assistant - Customer Reception
Provides information, schedules appointments and conference room.
Nancy Osborne - Office Manager
Oversees day-to-day logistics for the Office of Career Management operations.
