Many MBA students (typically 70%-80%) do not know what their career goal is when they enroll-they enter a graduate program to discover options! You should not be afraid to admit that you don't know, and you should be prepared to spend focused time on the assessment process. CareerLeader , a web-based career assessment for graduate business students, is one of the best places to begin.

CareerLeader, designed to help you discover your career direction, is a web program consisting of three on-line modules including the:

  • Business Career Interests Inventory
  • Management and Professional Reward Profile
  • Management and Professional Abilities Profile

These modules measure your interests, work values, and abilities and how you view yourself in comparison to other business professionals and peers.

Below you will find the information you'll need to access Career Leader:

If you would like to discuss your results with a job search consultant in the Office of Career Services, please contact us at 292-6024, 150 Gerlach Hall to make an appointment.

Good luck and enjoy learning more about yourself and your career interests!
