The first step in the design process for custom programs is to understand your needs.   We conduct assessments at the individual, organization, or process levels to craft a better education solution.   If you have already completed an assessment process, our instructors and design team can use your existing data.

In the design phase, we focus on closing the gaps identified in the assessment process.  We work with you not only to determine the specific content, but also to ensure that the content is presented in a mode that best helps your audience process and apply the learning. 

Design solutions typically involve a blend of classroom learning, online learning, individual and group projects and exercises, case studies, individual coaching, simulations, and other modes of action learning.

Internationally-ranked faculty can deliver at our world-class facility or your location.  Our delivery can include everything from your learning management system, to on-site program administration and program measurement evaluation.

As part of delivery, we evaluate the program both at the participant level and at the process level. Participant evaluation, as well as formal evaluation with those involved in the planning and delivery of the program are done. We will work with you on the evaluation using the Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation.
